His clients have included Apple, Linkedin, Symantec, Yahoo, Metaforic, and a number of VC-backed startups. Daniel has worked in the Internet space for the past 21 years and has over 15 years of experience in on-demand, software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, having founded one of the first of its kind in 1997. Daniel has deep expertise in every element of the marketing mix including: vision creation, product positioning, product ideation, roadmapping, marketing automation, public relations and demand generation. Over his career he has authored an extensive library of marketing frameworks and templates that represent the best practices in most marketing processes. In addition to consulting, Daniel has raised $19M in venture capital to fund two separate start-ups. In 1997, he co-founded ActiveDecisions, a Software-as-a-Service company that was acquired by KNOVA Software (NASDAQ: KNVS). He has executive and board level experience in both start-up & public companies and received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
